Thank you for your support for Atlas Scholars – the work we do is because of your generosity.

We write this to announce that Sunday for Scholars will be postponed to Fall 2024, and will not be held this April. All sponsorships and tickets for the original November 2023 event will be honored and will roll over to the event in Fall 2024. We apologize for any inconveniences this rescheduling may cause, and appreciate your continued support of the program. We are eager to announce more details about the event once finalized.

We also have a number of exciting developments that we expect will create significant opportunities for scaling and deepening our impact. Our new Program Coordinator – Josh Silberman – joined in late 2023, and has been leading outreach all across Houston to recruit our next class of Atlas Scholars (with over 150 applications received). We are also in the process of hiring an Executive Director to lead Atlas Scholars in this next phase, and we continue to explore new ways of engaging with our community partners and supporters.
